All booths have a standard size of 3 by 3 meters unless indicated otherwise. The standard Shell Scheme Package elements included in the space prices are as provided below. The Shell Scheme package (see illustration below) included:
Exhibitors who wish to erect their own stands using their own staff may do so, provided their intention clearly indicated on the application form and following prior agreement with the WDS and under the supervision of the IDA-WDS official technical exhibition supervisor. Exhibitors wishing to construct their own stand should order the “Raw / Bare Space” option on the application form. This option is reserved for exhibitors reserving 36 square meters or more.
The completed and signed form for Application / Contract for space should be sent to the IDA Head Office, Mumbai and must be accompanied by the payment of the applicable deposit. The IDA Head Office will reserve all exhibition space. All requests for space received at the WDS will be considered according to time of receipt of accompanying deposit. Applications for booth space will be accepted without any time limitation, based on space availability. Every effort will be made to offer Exhibitors their preferred location.
